Richmond Information System Educators, or
RISE, is a training consortium which was founded in 1980 to reduce information technology
training costs for member companies. The member companies are comprised of the
major private companies, state and federal agencies in the greater metropolitan
Richmond area. If your company / agency would like to become a member of RISE,
